I cannot say enough about simplydwell Home especially my experience with working with Alli Bedell she was so wonderful from the start and she really made my first time home buying such a wonderful experience and she always had the best candy at her desk lol 😆 alli was always so sweet and professional and she put up with me asking all my questions. Some of the maybe were silly but I didn’t know this is my first time but Alli answered every one of my questions right on point and explained everything so clearly to me, she just made it such a great experience and I can still remember also couple of months later I had more questions and now he was always there promptly and professionally and answered my questions and I was so pleased with the outcome. I cannot say enough good things about Broadleaf! My husband and I recently bought a home here and absolutely love living in this community. As first-time homebuyers, we were nervous going into the process, but everyone we worked with was kind, responsive, and supportive every step of the way. Alli was incredible to work with, she answered every question we had, kept us updated regularly, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the process. We toured many communities, and there truly is nothing quite like Broadleaf. Working with Simply Dwell and their construction manager, Rob Bedell, was an outstanding experience. He was meticulous, detailed, and truly professional throughout the entire process. Every cosmetic detail was addressed with care, and he made sure the home was absolutely perfect for my buyer.
We had some concerns about the HVAC air pressure, and he went above and beyond—working through the weekend prior to closing—to ensure it was operating flawlessly. That level of dedication gave both my buyer and myself complete peace of mind.
